β β β β β Its all about location. The triple room I stayed in is spacious, clean & comfortable bed. Check in was fast. Friendly staffs. Breakfast is good.
Lousy lift with slowest ever.
I love the ambience a lot.
The only reason I gave it a 3 star as it doesnβt have air conditioning in any room. In summer when temperature is at pick, you will suffer. There was a small table fan with very little air and lot of noises.
Heating is there so winter wonβt be an issue.

β β β β β Perfectly serviceable hotel in an amazing location right off Dam Square. Included breakfast does the trick, rooms a decent size if a little over heated. Loses points for terrible water pressure in the shower and lack of choice on TV channels or any coffee making abilities in the room.

β β β β β This hotel is very central and only about 10-15 mins walk from the train station. The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. This hotel is a fair price too. Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby has a stand with discount vouchers for attractions and a coffee machine. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples or groups.

β β β β β The 3 stars come for the location. It is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. For someone like me this is fine, others in my party could here the street noise a little too much. Beds are decent and things could definitely use an upgrade. I did think it was a little weird that you had to turn in your room key and get it back when you are coming and going from the place.

β β β β β Great location, very close Dam Square. Room quality is mediocre but enough for a good night's sleep. Staff is pleasant enough, but the breakfast is unsatisfactory.

β β β β β I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was slightly off the main path, so it was a bit more quiet at night, very tolerable with the windows open. The breakfast was very nice and there was a good selection of food.

β β β β β Not a good hotel to stay. We faced racism here. We booked our stay for four days. On the second day when we came back , the guy from the staff at the reception discriminated against us. He started behaving racist and talked roundly with us as if we did not book the hotel stay and entered the hotel directly. He did not even follow the corona rules. He didnβt maintain 1.5m distance and talked very closely with us and was not even wearing a mask. Worst customer service ever . My suggestion is donβt book this racist hotel. I have also attached the photo of the receptionist guy who was being racist with us.
