Don’t order here. It’s a scam. I ordered from thuisbezorgd, but I never got my food. Suddenly on thuisbezorgd it said they were closed and not open for delivery. The restaurant also did not pick up the phone, even tho I called 5 times.

The food is good but the delivery absolutely horrible to the point where it's not even worth it to order from them. We ordered 4 times and every single time it took more than 3 hours for them to deliver the food; They kept saying every time we called that it's super busy and "it will only take 10 minutes". This was the last time we ordered from them.

I would give it ZERO stars if possible. 2 times we ordered from them, 2 times we waited approx. 2h to receive the order. When we asked for a full refund, they offered 5% off the next order. Not only do they not understand what customer service is, the food is also not that good. NEVER AGAIN

The delivery guy missed out part of my order and when I called the restaurant they were arrogant saying we don't have any other orders in the area and that we will deliver the remaining order soon. But in the they did not deliver. Had to lodge a complaint with the delivery app for refund. Extremely bad customer service.

Canceled our order because it was too close from the closing time. Maybe set the closing time earlier if you don't want to prepare order 5min before the online closing time... Answer to the "manager": Yes of course you canceled just before closing time... and Uber Eats didn't let me pick anything else because your restaurant was closed by the time I saw the notification on my phone. But let me ask you, why didn't you call me if you care about your customer instead of cancelling my order? Picking the same menu but different type of spareribs is the same price. So ironic that you were sold out on spareribs for a "Ribs" company.
