Ramon van Leer has been my main contact and he is super helpful and knowledgeable about the whole range of products. Ramon also helped me in English which is very appreciated. Riga also supplies windows and doors as well as underfloor heating. I wish to thank Ramon and his colleagues at a Riga for its positive customer service and help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you want ANY level of client service, I wouldn't recommend to use RIGA
We asked for an offer to replace windows, install double glazing, etc. Quite a big job to be done. I sent a detailed overview of what needed to be done.
But my E-mails remained completely unanswered. After 2 weeks I called, a guy told me that I would get an answer next week. E-mailed again after again 2 weeks, No answer. Called again (more than a month had passed). Another person (Paul) told me that they were just too busy, he thought that what we asked for was impossible and told me that he didn't believe I called before. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This is not how you should treat (potential!) clients, right?
In the meantime we have found another experienced company with a good personal approach that can do the job.
I wouldn't recommend to waste time with RIGA
