This is Not a place to go to have a relaxed coffee and a 2hr chat on the benefits of the new Dura-Ace ...and then pay 2000 over the average price :-) this is a place where you will get a good price and very little in a way of advice/talk.

Poor service and expensive. It is because I don’t speak Dutch?
And walking into a shop via a smoke filled entrance does not give the right impression.
Sorry, there are much more welcoming and helpful bike stores out there that deserve your custom than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd purchase from Vos. Knew I wanted to go back as I bought my bike here 3yrs ago. And again - They didn’t disappoint on service and advice! I’m a small frame 48” and knew it would be difficult to find. They took their time and gave me good professional advice for the upgrade. Not over selling but giving options. Super happy w my purchase and many miles ahead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were great! Even was a bit busy they took their time to help, advice and prepare absolutely everything on my new Pinarello Frame. Mechanic guy also super friendly explaining some things to be aware of the frame and Di2 set up. 100% will go back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “This is Vos fietsen, your new bike is ready for pick up no need for an appointment you can stop by anytime”. I walked in the store the next day when a polish guy asked; “do you have an appointment?”. Me: “no, but...”. Guy;” sorry can’t help you then, please leave!”. This was the 1st contact. This is not ok especially when purchasing a 5K bike. Instead, try asking;”can I help you?”. The bike itself is perfect, very happy with the set up of components. He apologized for this afterwards so it’s fine but let’s hope I feel more welcome my next visit.
