Had ik dat geweten had ik nooit een service beurt gegeven. Tevens werkt de fiets nu njet naar behoren. Zeer teleurgesteld! Bicycle has been checked and a service has been added. Afterwards I was told that the bike is old and actually worn out. Had I known that I would never have given a service. The bicycle is now also working properly. Very disappointed!

Bij het halen van de fiets waren er mensen aan het wachten. Handeld dit met veel geduld en passie af. Heel fijn en leuk om te zien! Als ik weer wat heb met de fiets weet ik waar ik heen ga. Very satisfied, bike brought around 12 and Nick could start using it immediately. Hour later he was ready. Super service. I recommend it. People were waiting to get the bike. Handle this with a lot of patience and passion. Very nice and nice to see! If I have something again with the bike I know where I am going.
P	Pieter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U heeft wel erg veel woorden nodig om uw handelen recht te praten. Feit is dat de fiets binnenkomt met een klacht, er is € 25,-- is betaald en de klacht niet verholpen. Ik raad u aan het gesprek nogmaals af te luisteren en dan te letten op uw wijze van gespreksvoering. En ja, nadat u 6 x hetzelfde verhaal had verteld had verder praten wat mij betreft geen zin meer. Erg jammer. You do need a lot of words to justify your actions. The fact is that the bike comes in with a complaint, € 25 has been paid and the complaint has not been resolved. I recommend that you listen to the conversation again and then pay attention to your manner of conducting the conversation. And yes, after you had told the same story 6 times, talking to me would no longer make sense. Pity.

I left my 2k worth bike to have it disc brakes fixed and the result is freaky marvelous. Sharp as an edge of a samurais sword. Good prices. Quick. Really quick. And the man speaks perfect English, to boot :)
