Eigenlijk heb ik nog weinig ervaring met dit bedrijf, maar na 1x gebelt te hebben hebben ze me goed te woord gestaan en direct actie ondernomen, ondanks hun, ivm een diepere storing in het centrum van Zijdelwaard in Uithoorn, ze geen melding binnen gekregen hebben, zowel dus niet in het systeem, maar ook niemand die de mpeite heeft genomen dit bedrijf in te lichten, en ze dus ook nooit konden weten dat er iets aan de hand was.. Aangezien het beveiligingssysteem losnstaat van welk bedrijf dan ook het winkelcentrum beveiligd, valt hierin dus in geen enkel opzicht de verantwoording bij het actuele bedrijf te leggen, en haast bij niemand aangezien in dit geval het aangelegd systeem in handen valt van een ander bedrijf, en dus dit bedrijf doet wat ie moet doen!! observeren en optreden... Na anderhalve week heb ik dit pas gemeld bij deze beveiligingsbedrijf, en waren best verbaasd, maar hebben direct tegen mij gezegd morgen een oplossing te vinden dmv communicatie met de Huismeester etc etc.. Tja, logisch dat het niet om 23:00u verholpen kan worden aangezien er onderzoek gedaan moet worden om te ontdekken waar de storing plaats vind. Ik kan dit bedrijf echt aanraden voor iedereen die een huis of bedrijf moet beveiligen!! Want ze staan wel hun mannetje!!

Actually, I have little experience with this company, but after having called them once, they spoke to me well and took immediate action, despite their, due to a deeper failure in the center of Zijdelwaard in Uithoorn, they received no notification, neither in the system, nor anyone who has taken the mpeite to inform this company, and therefore they could never know that something was wrong .. Since the security system is independent of any company, the shopping center is secured, In this respect it is therefore not possible to place any responsibility on the current company, and hardly anyone, since in this case the system installed falls into the hands of another company, and so this company does what it must do !! observing and acting ... After a week and a half I only reported this to this security company, and were quite surprised, but immediately told me tomorrow to find a solution through communication with the Caretaker etc etc .. Well, it is logical that it is not 23:00 can be corrected as research needs to be done to find out where the failure is taking place. I can really recommend this company for anyone who needs to secure a home or business !! Because they stand their ground !!
