Ik ben snel en vakkundig geholpen. En als ik vragen heb, staan ze mij snel te woord. Uiteindelijk kan ik een fors bedrag per jaar besparen. Top! M	Mike van Gulden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werkelijk een waardeloos bedrijf! Geen communicatie, denken niet oplossingsgericht en sturen je van kastje naar de muur. Ik heb 6 maart me Chrysler verkocht en 20 dagen laten nog steeds geen bevestiging gekregen dat me verzekering eindelijk is stopgezet. De auto is geëxporteerd en dat is allemaal te vinden op de rdw site. Na meerdere telefoontjes en nog geen duidelijkheid was ik het meer dan zat. Ik bel nu iedere dag. Ik kwam er ook achter dat ik al 5 maanden betaal voor mijn vorige auto een Citroën, die ze ook nog steeds niet van me polis hebben afgehaald. Dit wil ik dus met terug werkende kracht alsnog gedaan hebben. Ook deze kwestie geen communicatie en weer geen bevestiging. Hier moet ik nog zeker 150,- euro van terug gaan krijgen. Vervolgens mijn bedrijfs aansprakelijkheid verzekering ook opgezegd. 7 dagen geleden en ook weer geen bevestiging. Nu ook mijn motor verzekering opgezegd. Hierbij werd telefonisch toegezegd dat ik die per direct kon stop zetten. Maar na de opzegging blijkt dat er een maand opzeggings termijn aanvast zit. Voorheen was mijn familie zeer tevreden over assurantie bureau Harry schuurs. Ongevraagd zijn wij overgezet naar risk direct omdat Harry schuurs is gestopt met zijn bedrijf. Maar ook de rest van de familie gaan nu al hun verzekeringen bij jullie weg halen. Wees gewaarschuwd ga niet met dit bedrijf in zee! Truly a worthless company! No communication, no solution-oriented thinking and send you from pillar to post. I sold my Chrysler on March 6th and 20 days later I still haven't received confirmation that my insurance has finally been canceled. The car has been exported and that can all be found on the rdw site. After several phone calls and still no clarity, I was more than fed up. I call every day now. I also found out that I have been paying for 5 months for my previous car, a Citroen, which they still have not withdrawn from my policy. So I want to have done this with retroactive force. Also this issue no communication and again no confirmation. I still have to get back at least 150 euros from this. Then my corporate liability insurance was also canceled. 7 days ago and again no confirmation. Now also canceled my motorcycle insurance. It was promised by telephone that I could stop it immediately. But after the cancellation it appears that there is a one month cancellation period. My family used to be very satisfied with the insurance agency Harry Barns. Unsolicited we were transferred to risk direct because Harry sheds has stopped his company. But the rest of the family will now also collect all their insurance from you. Be warned, do not work with this company!
