Wij hebben geen bestelling van u via thuisbezorgd ontvangen en wij hebben ook geen pasta tonijn in onze menukaart. Is het misschien mogelijk dat u bij la Deliziosa in Rotterdam besteld heeft. Dear Sjaak de Lier, we would like to ask you when you ordered from us. We have not received any order from you via home delivery and we do not have pasta tuna in our menu either. Is it possible that you have ordered from la Deliziosa in Rotterdam.
S	Simon van Tongeren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onder de vorige eigenaren kwamen wij hier graag en met enige regelmaat. Nu met de nieuwe eigenaren voornamelijk teleurstellingen. Net voor de meest recente lockdown in het restaurant geweest. Hoewel wij de enige gasten waren, hebben wij 1.5 uur op 3 pizza’s moeten wachten. 2 Weken terug besteld en ook weer 1.5 uur moeten wachten. Vandaag spande de kroon met bijna 1 uur en 3 kwartier. Pizzas retour gestuurd (hadden we netjes over gebeld) en dit is absoluut de laatste keer dat wij hier eten (halen). Kwaliteit is helaas ook nog achteruit gegaan. Al met al kan je beter een eitje bakken. Zonde, was zo’n fijne Italiaan. Under the previous owners we liked to come here and with some regularity. Now with the new owners mainly disappointments. Just been to the restaurant before the most recent lockdown. Although we were the only guests, we had to wait 1.5 hours for 3 pizzas. Ordered 2 weeks ago and had to wait another 1.5 hours. Today the crown stretched with almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. Pizzas sent back (we had called about it nicely) and this is absolutely the last time we will eat (pick up) here. Unfortunately, quality has also deteriorated. All in all, you better fry an egg. Sin, was such a fine Italian.

Men doet dus wel iets met deze reviews, en dat is dan wel weer positief - en sportief. Oorspronkelijke review: Vroeger top, nu echt wat minder... Om 1650 drie pizza's besteld op een donderdag, via de website. Gewenste bezorgtijd 18:00. Nu geloof ik best dat het druk is, en dat pizza's iets later komen. Om 18:30 heb ik gebeld "hallo, heeft u een momentje?" Ok, vooruit. Telefoon werd neergelegd en de daaropvolgende 5 minuten niet meer opgepakt. Opgegeven en maar diepvriespizza in de oven gedaan voor de kinderen. Uiteindelijk kwam onze bestelling om 19:35 - ruim anderhalf uur na de gewenste tijd. Wat later OK, maand anderhalf uur is echt te veel. Laat dan op z'n minst wat weten door even te bellen. Ik bestel ook wel eens iets bij andere zaken en die bellen al wanneer ze 5 minuten te laat zijn. Dat hoeft ook weer niet, maar je kan mensen niet anderhalf uur laten wachten zonder enig bericht. Pizza's zelf smaakten OK en waren warm. Wel heel erg zout. Voor ons voorlopig niet meer Deliziosa, helaas. Update: Got a response from Deliziosa this morning about a free same order. So people do something with these reviews, and that is positive - and sporty. Original review: Used to be great, now not so much... Ordered three pizzas at 1650 on a Thursday, via the website. Desired delivery time 18:00. Now I believe it's busy, and pizzas come a little later. At 6:30 pm I called "Hello, do you have a moment?" Okay, go ahead. Phone was put down and not picked up for the next 5 minutes. Give up and put frozen pizza in the oven for the kids. Finally our order arrived at 7:35 PM - well over an hour and a half after the requested time. A little later OK, month and a half is really too much. Then let us know at the very least by giving us a call. I also sometimes order something from other shops and they call when they are 5 minutes late. You don't have to, but you can't make people wait an hour and a half without any message. Pizzas themselves tasted OK and were hot. Very salty. No more Deliziosa for us for the time being, unfortunately.
