Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Nice shop where you always succeed if you want to buy something for a birthday or other occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoals iedere Rituals ziet het er keurig uit. Ik wilde graag iets hebben van de zomerlijn (lastig in de winter), maar de mevrouw van de winkel vond het geen enkel probleem om te kijken of het nog in het magazijn lag. Dat vond ik zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Like every Rituals it looks neat. I would like to have something from the summer line (difficult in winter), but the lady of the store had no problem at all to see if it was still in the warehouse. I found that very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben toch echt wel “kieskeurig” in waar ik mijn rituals producten haal. Ik houd er niet van dat als je even aan het kijken bent, dat mensen op je afvliegen.
Dit omdat wanneer ik vragen heb, ik wel naar je toe kom.
Echter, bij Zeist doen zij dit ook, maar ik moet eerlijk bekennen dat zij het gek genoeg op een fijne en openlijke manier doen. Ze gaan echt met je mee in het gesprek dat plaats vindt. Ze delen eerlijk hun eigen gedachten/ervaringen. Chapeau wanneer je je klanten kan benaderen zonder het gevoel te geven van ongemak of verplichting om te kopen. Bonuspunten door mee te gaan in het gesprek, ook al gaat het even niet over de producten. Hierdoor ben ik wellicht ook sneller geneigd wat te kopen en tevreden de winkel uit te stappen.
Ik ervaar dit niet bij elke rituals winkel. Ga zo door :)
I am really "picky" in where I get my rituals products. I don't like when you're just watching, people flying at you.
This is because when I have questions, I will come to you.
However, they also do this at Zeist, but I must confess that they do it strangely enough in a nice and open way. They really go with you in the conversation that takes place. They honestly share their own thoughts/experiences. Cheers for being able to approach your customers without making them feel uncomfortable or obligated to buy. Bonus points for joining the conversation, even if it's not about the products for a while. As a result, I may also be more inclined to buy something and leave the store satisfied.
I don't experience this at every rituals store. Keep it up :)
