WEES GEWAARSCHUWD.... Rijd ik, na de site bekeken te hebben voor de openingstijden, 30 km naar Meppel om twee vullingen voor mijn dagcreme te kopen.....wat denk je........krijg ik als antwoord: dat mogen we niet verkopen! We mogen geen huidlijn verkopen.....!!! Vervolgens vroeg ik waarom dat niet mocht......konden ze geen antwoord op geven. Heel vreemd. Een grote Rituals reclame op het raam, een rek met Rituals materiaal op de stoep en een heel stuk winkelwand met Rituals spullen.......... Hier kan ik met mijn volle verstand niet bij! DIT IS OOK GEEN RECLAME VOOR RITIULS! Ik ben dus onverrichte zaken weer 30 km terug gereden....zonde van de benzine en het parkeergeld.....en mijn vrije tijd..... Ik heb dit voorval gemeld bij de service en klachtenlijn. Daar kreeg ik het tel.nr. en het mailadres van deze zaak maar daar schiet ik niks mee op natuurlijk. HET ZOU OOK VERSTANDIG ZIJN OM OP HUN SITE TE VERMELDEN DAT ZE GEEN HUIDLIJN MOGEN VERKOPEN........

BE WARNED.... After checking the site for opening times, I drive 30 km to Meppel to buy two fillings for my day cream ..... guess what ........ I get the answer: we are not allowed to sell! We are not allowed to sell a skin line ..... !!! Then I asked why that was not allowed ...... they could not answer. Very weird. A large Rituals advertisement on the window, a rack with Rituals material on the sidewalk and a whole section of shop wall with Rituals stuff .......... I cannot reach this with my full mind! THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISING FOR RITIULS! So I drove 30 km back again ... a waste of petrol and parking fees ..... and my spare time ..... I have reported this incident to the service and complaint line. There I got the phone no. and the e-mail address of this case, but of course that won't help me. IT WOULD ALSO BE WISE TO STATE ON THEIR SITE THAT THEY SHOULD NOT SELL SKIN LINE ........
