Robert wist me te helpen met het helder krijgen van mijn waarden en het stellen van prioriteiten. Dit gaf me een hoop rust in een onzekere tijd! Ik gebruik de opgedane inzichten nog dagelijks in werk en prive situaties. En ook niet onbelangrijk: Hij maakt ontzettend goede koffie!
After living abroad for quite some time, I needed someone with similar experience to help me with all the challenges of 'reintegrating'. Robert was able to help me clarify my values and set priorities. This gave me a lot of peace in an uncertain time! I still use the insights gained on a daily basis in work and private situations. And not unimportant: He makes very good coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Robert for 10 sessions of coaching after moving to Amsterdam to undertake a new job role.
The combination of a new country and a new job was a big challenge for me especially during the COVID era.
It was and is great having Robert in my corner.
His approach is pragmatic and is backed by a sincere desire to help which is underpinned by an obvious passion for people.
The guys eyes light up when you talk about your aspirations and that’s pretty inspiring in itself.
I laid out my challenges and desires and struggles, and we went through specific exercises and techniques,
which were both practical and useful.
From navigating specific strategic challenges at work, to defining values, and building a useful routine, he was and is a great help.
He helps you have vision, apply common sense, and also is just a pleasant and respectful person.
His background as a corporate attorney, give him a good insight I believe.
We would usually do it over a coffee or some lunch, so it always felt relaxed.
Also, he follows up with a recap of notes, plus things to read, and exercises to do. He's also around for a quick text if you have a question.
The coaching itself is not always easy of course, it takes a lot of work on your part, and facing up to difficulties and challenges, but that’s what makes it so worthwhile.
I would recommend Robert as a coach to anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life.
