K	Karen Reeves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never let you into the class, I’ve tried 3 times now and the information is always wrong or you arrive 5 minutes before and they decline you. Be more organised.
V	Valentina Guatterini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good work out, clean studio (even though quite small locker area) and great instructors.I had issues with the customer service due to a bug in their payment system online: I could not (and at the moment still can’t) purchase a class package online for 10 days (and thus could not book the bike). I sent an email to the customer service, they replied to me that I could buy it in the studio. However in the studio they did not allow me to purchase it. after sending 2 other emails with no significant help received, I had to give a review on google to get their full attention, but then I got everything sorted out in 2 hours. In the end they told me I can actually go to the studio and buy the package, it was a mistake by the person at the reception and they credited me a class in advance. I was probably unlucky but still it was frustrating.
P	Pasqual Streiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice instructors and super workout! The space is quite small though, bikes squeezed to the max, and locker rooms tiny. Some hours you can't even have a shower or a place to change. Not worth the name "boutique gym".
M	Matt Kus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely motivational instructors, fun but also very challenging classes. Good way to get exercise while listening to uptempo dance music in an environment where you don't worry that anyone is looking at you because it is dark and everyone is pushing themselves.
F	Francesco Maestrelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave it another go and I tried different studios. I had the same impression as the first time. The space is way too small. Bikes are way too close to each other. The instructors are good, however some classes are just confusing and instructions are not clear. The facilities are bare bones. Minimal space for the changing room and merely two showers. Lockers are small and you really need to run to secure one for yourself. Lockers are just in a communal corridor and not inside the changing room. This seems to be common across different Rocycle studios. Quite annoying. I found another studio nearby which I will refer to as V. I enjoy my classes there a lot more.

J	Jitske Kingma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love rocycle. Location Pijp is pretty small though. The changing rooms are small and not enough place for everybody. The people are very nice and helpful and you get everything what you need. Love that I only need to take my clothes and some water.
F	Fábio Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically spinning classes with a twist of whole body training while positive and energetic instructors with bice music. A very good way to to burn some extra calories. The only thing i don't like is that they have some candles and in the middle of the class they turn them off and that releases a very unpleasant smell and smoke while we are exausthingly breathing. There are several rocycles spread around Amsterdam, but this one isn't that large. The changing rooms aren't big enough and is a bit of a struggle to get some space to change or even to have a shower. The space is very clean, they are friendly and always helpful and with a smile.
