★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so happy I found Rolfing - after only 3 sessions I'm almost pain free and that after YEARS of all sort of challenges on my right side - now I understand they where related to my bodies misalignment/posture and that treating the fascia releases it and allows the body to work in it's optimal position again...
Miquel is a highly qualified practitioner, together with his great intuition and listening skills he works with you - feeling precisely what the body needs to regain balance at each moment of the treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miquel is an excellent Rolfing practitioner. The changes we've made to my posture and so overall structural integrity and well-being of my entire body has created profound shifts in how I move in the world. Shoulder and back pains are gone and my posture is straighter in a more effortless way than it's ever been. There's a greater balance and ease developing in my body, and my feet are no longer facing outward and I'm not walking and standing like a cowboy-duck anymore. I'm balanced on both feet, without balancing either on one leg or the other. And I'm also a lot fitter physically with the other self care I'm doing. I'm only half way through the 10 sessions, and already the results are incredible. Miquel de Jong is an awesome, intuitive, personally attentive practitioner, that works in a truly holistic way. Great body work, non of that "everyone fit's in the same box" mentality most people get nowhere with.
