- staff don’t greet customers
- pre-ordered sushi was not ready (didn’t even start preparation)
- staff don’t seem to know how systems are working resulting in orders missed
- not hygiene: staff had long nails, touching face all the time and pulling up pants and then touching food
- staff extremely slow
- staff forgot to cut sushi in pieces
- no sojasaus or wasabi was added to the order
- very expensive, especially considering all the above

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few reviewers don't seem to realize that the point of the name, is to suggest uncut sushi rolls. So i do want to point that out before adding that this place is great. Quality pieces of fish and other Japanese treats for fast consumption, without mayo thrown on top of it, and at a great price for lunch. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
I tried one of each of the fish rolls, ebi, egg and California roll. I also had the crispy rice. All of it was perfect and delicious.

Never seen sushi rolls look like this (the staffs probably forgot to cut the roll into the right size, it looks completely different than the pictures). They also forgot to include soy sauce and wasabi in the bag. Online payment did not work properly, needed to try a few times to complete the process by using Ideal. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The idea is great, super minimalistic and great food. Who said that delicious sushi has to be expensive? At first I was confused that the rolls weren't cut, but they told me that's the idea. I found it super easy to eat. There are a lot of veggie options.
5/5 Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING!! Arrived in Amsterdam during lockdown and RollingSushi has been my best eating solution.
I am a vegetarian and it has really good vegetarian options, OMLI - MUSHI - CUKI. Visited the store the first time because I like to see where my Sushi is coming from and just LOVED the cleanliness and decoration of the place. Made me feel confident to order and re-order later online as well. CONGRATULATIONS!
