t	tido renout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer interessant om te bezoeken. Leuke wandeling er naar toe. Echter via de heide slecht begaanbaar voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn door de onverharde zandwegen. Op locatie een bord met daarop de geschiedenis van de plek. Ook is er een paal die een verhaal verteld over hoe de Romeinen leefden tijdens veldtochten. Naast het standbeeld ligt een plakkaat met daarop een schets van de omvang van het kamp. Very interesting to visit. Nice walk there. However, it is difficult to pass through the heath for people with reduced mobility due to the unpaved dirt roads. On location a sign with the history of the place. There is also a pole that tells a story about how the Romans lived during campaigns. Next to the statue is a placard with an outline of the size of the camp.

Interessant, informatief en het spreekt tot de verbeelding, maar verwacht geen spectakel! After living a stone's throw away for 51 years, I went there for the first time. Interesting, informative and it appeals to the imagination, but don't expect a spectacle!

Alleen jammer dat het fietspad kaarsrecht erdoorheen loopt (de fietsen snellen met 25 km/u tussen de spelende kinderen door) echt super inzicht! om dit op deze manier aan te leggen!! Fun with the kids! It's just a shame that the bike path runs straight through it (the bikes speed at 25 km/h between the playing children) really great insight! to put it this way!!
R	Rachel vd Mik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat lastig te vinden vanuit de schaapskooi, ik was op de fiets en had de Mars route paaltjes dus heb wel wat zandpaden moeten trotseren.. Er loopt ook wel een geasfalteerd fietspad vanaf de schaapskooi naar dit punt. A bit difficult to find from the sheepfold, I was on my bike and had the Mars route posts so I had to brave some sandy paths.. There is also a paved bike path from the sheepfold to this point.

R	Rodolfo Elshoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep in mind the map is not 100% accurate. The little paved street in front of the place doesn't exist, so closest parking spot is "Parkeerplaats postweg". From there it's a 10 min. walk. Very beautiful scenery, recommended in Sunset hours.
