Some staff were going the extra mile and super friendly. Good music taste in the lobby, although could be more attended at busy checkin hour. Overall great value.

Breakfast was delicious - we will dream about the bacon for weeks, that’s for sure! We even had the chance to rent a bike at the reception - very usefull! Sadly because of the lock down we couldn’t try the bar, the fitness and the sauna but we will come back to here for sure! Thank you Room Mate Bruno!?
N	Nata M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was not clean. The bed was full of hairs (pubic included) and the linen had multiple stains. The bathroom smelled of vomit. The room had the view of the lounge or the food court so we could see the people sitting downstairs (they could see us too I guess). The room was not soundproof so we could hear pretty well the music coming from the club nearby. The receptionist was friendly. When you check-in, be ready to pay a deposit of 50 euros (nothing was said about it during booking, I hope to see it being returned to me). Unfortunately, we did not have time to have a chat with the receptionist, as we had to catch a train. So, don't trust the good reviews as we did. This is hotel is totally overpriced and just dirty + noisy.

One star off because at reception they told us there is no place around hotel to have breakfast except their restaurant, which of course we found out later was not true there are plenty of places for breakfast in walking distance.

I didn't have a reservation and was very pleasantly received and checked in quickly at the front desk by Roos with no fuss and very welcoming coversation. Beautiful room, everything I needed and more for my short stay. Incredibly comfortable giant bed, and strong shower. Design of the hotel is beautiful, very modern and fun. Breakfast was great, especially friendly staff and lots of options. Really appreciated the attention to detail and the wonderful team at Bruno. Tamara at the front desk was more than helpful. I will definitely return!
