Toen we begonnen was ROOTS de allereerste plek in de hele stad Amsterdam met koudgeperste sapjes en gezonde takeaway. Eerlijke, ‘whole foods’, die je gezond en vitaal maken. Vitality to go.
Tot op de dag van vandaag zijn onze maaltijden, snacks, smoothies en sapjes 100% plantaardig en 100% vrij van geraffineerde suikers. Buiten onze broodjes, die een lokale bakker bakt van 100% speltmeel, is tevens alles glutenvrij en huisgemaakt. We proberen alles vol van zowel smaak als voedingswaarde te serveren, en van onze verpakkingen tot aan de manier waarop we koken, zo duurzaam mogelijk te zijn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the muffin. It’s so good, moist and filled with apple, top is so crunchy. The indo bowl is also good, lots of flavors. Many items are worth trying, such as acai bowl, Asian wrap, hummus wrap, burgers.

The vegan golden milk was truly delicious, I felt it getting into my heart!
People there are very nice and kind, I appreciated a lot their smiles and warmth.
Many people recommend the Asian wrap so I’ll go for it next time.
