★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soundplaza has a great selection of guitar effect pedals and also a choice selection of electric and acoustic (western) and some classical guitars. There's a bench in the back to plug in and try one. There's bits and bobs for guitar gear like soft and hard cases, string kapos, and looks like they can customize too, like fix bridges and such. A guitar hero's haven. Did I mention a choice selection of Gretch and Rickenbacker guitars too? From a drummer and rhythm player, this is a great store to find your next obsession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This people are not serious people, or maybe they are so rich they dont care anymore.
Yesterday I called and asked them at what time are they open today. They told me 10:00.
Today I went there at 10:03 there and waited till 10:52. Nobody came. The shop was closed and nobody was picking up the Phone. I had an urgency but they were closed which means they dont care about clients satisfaction en their opinion.
Besides this the eployed people in this shop are quite arrogant always in hurry. If I go to ask about something they dont like to answer you it feels like they dont like you came there.
Can you imagine, you buy two thing's there for instalation of something for you they charge minimum 10 euros.
I went to one other shop similar to this one.
I bought the same thing's much cheaper and instalation was for free. With this review I call the owner of this shop to re check the quality of his eployed people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT come here to have any work done on your guitar. I payed 50 euros for a set up and my guitar was returned to me with one string so badly intonated that the guitar was unplayable. Mindblowingly incompetent.
