Très bon contact avec le vendeur qui est en plus réactif, je recommande ! I ordered a bottom bracket seal that they were the only ones to have. The piece arrived quickly (three days after the order date). Very good contact with the seller who is more reactive, I recommend!

Daarnaast is de website en webshop zeer betrouwbaar (zo maken ze hun 1 dag levering waar!) en hebben ze ook nog oog voor het milieu door de optie aan te bieden je bestelling in gerecycled verpakkingsmateriaal op te sturen. Natuurlijk alleen als je dat goed vind. Top webshop! echt een van de betere op het gebied van fietsonderdelen. Ik ben fan en zal zeker terugkomen! Erik and his colleagues are knowledgeable and very customer-oriented. You get a quick answer, are also easily reachable by phone and they are happy to help you. Levering is in veel webshop s een probleem op dit moment maar niet bij Rosiir! Clear and fast communication, fast shipping and an excellent price. Delivery was neatly in order (Wahoo Kickr Core). Delivery is a problem in many webshops at the moment, but not at Rosiir!

Beim Auspacken bemerkte ich, dass ein falsches Teil (Bremssattel, falsche Seite) in der Verpackung war. Nach kurzem Email Kontakt mit dem Rosiir Support (sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter?) war das Problem geklärt und mir wurde umgehend das richtige Teil zugesandt. Hier bestelle ich gerne wieder, kann den Shop sehr empfehlen! Ordered here for the first time (Tektro brake parts). The goods arrived quickly and well packaged - great! While unpacking, I noticed that there was a wrong part (caliper, wrong side) in the box. After a short email contact with Rosiir Support (very friendly and helpful employee?) the problem was resolved and the correct part was sent to me immediately. I would like to order again here, I can highly recommend the shop!
