Leider war es bei den letzten beiden Besuchen so, dass wir trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen einfach stehen gelassen worden sind vom Personal. Wir wollten wissen ob sie den Artikel noch im Lager haben aber es kam einfach niemand mehr. Wir sind dann wieder gegangen und werden zukünftig woanders einkaufen. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Die Kasse mitten drin ist auch nicht sonderlich gut durchdacht. So far, we have always been satisfied with the service and the selection. Unfortunately, on the last two visits, we were simply left standing by the staff despite repeated inquiries. We wanted to know if they still had the item in stock, but no one came. We then left again and will shop elsewhere in the future. Not very customer friendly. The cash register in the middle is not particularly well thought out either.

Man findet vieles nicht mehr oder teilweise eingeschränkt. Nichtdestotrotz eine empfehlenswerte Adresse, schön gestaltet und mit freundlicher Beratung. A nice place for finding quality toys! However, the store used to be even more attractive. One finds many things no longer or partially restricted. Nevertheless, a recommendable address, beautifully designed and with friendly advice.

Der Chef super freundlich und hat bestimmt ne Stunde mit meinem Mann geschwätzt und das kurz vor Feierabend. Trotzdem waren alle freundlich und zum Scherzen aufgelegt. Ich würde niemals mehr woanders Spiele kaufen als da!!! Und das sage ich mit einem der sonst alles im Internet bestellt! Rarely seen such a great store and staff as today. We were there today with a baby and there is even a changing room that we like to use. The boss was super friendly and must have chatted with my husband for an hour just before closing time. Nonetheless, everyone was friendly and joking. I would never buy games anywhere else than here!!! And I say that with someone who usually orders everything on the Internet!
A	Aftab Chand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Nette und Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir Spielen neuerdings etwas mehr und wussten eigentlich garnicht was für Spiele wir wollen bzw. wollten beraten werden. Das wurde auch gemacht. Auch total viel zeit genommen und verschiedene Spiele gezeigt. Sehr zufrieden! Die Preise gehen auch klar. Totally nice and helpful employees. We've been playing a little more lately and actually didn't know what kind of games we wanted or wanted to be advised. That was also done. Also took a lot of time and showed different games. Very satisfied! The prices are clear too.
