Sehr gut sortiert, großes Sortiment. Da findet man alles, nicht nur Spielzeug für die kleinen. Auch Kinderwagen und Zubehör. You can see the Mercator Center sign from the motorway. The shop is about 5 minutes from the motorway. Very nice, helpful salesperson. Very well sorted, large assortment. You can find everything there, not just toys for the little ones. Also strollers and accessories.

Aufs doch noch recht freundliche Hinweisen, dass man schon gerufen und gegen die Türe geklopft hatte, wurde nur auf den Boden geschaut. Das kann absolut nicht sein. Andere Kunden berichteten von 45 min Wartezeit. You honestly wait more than 30 minutes when picking up Click u Collect items until an employee shows up. On the still quite friendly hints that they had already called and knocked on the door, they only looked at the floor. That absolutely cannot be. Other customers reported waiting times of 45 minutes.

Nur eine Aushilfsperson an de Eingang stellen, die lustlos und unfreundlich ihre Arbeit durchführt und nur einen Satz wie" ich habe meine Vorgaben", sich den Ausweis oder ein anderes Dokument + Impfzertifikat zeigen lässt. Aber die Identität durch z.B. kurzes herunterziehen der Maske nicht einmal geprüft wird?? So könnte ich einfach mit einem geliehenem Ausweis + dem dazugehörigen Handy Einlass erhalten. Völlig nutzloses und zeitraubende Einlassverfahren, so kann man sich das besser schenken und man nervt die möglichen Kunden nicht schon durch eine unfreundliche Begrüßung. Corona Verordnungen können wir alle nachvollziehen, aber das ein Kind von 6 Jahren sich noch extra testen soll? Ist frech ohne Ende. Dann setzen sie zur Kontrolle 18 Jährige Kinder dahin die keinerlei Ahnung haben. Ich finde es frech ohne Ende!!!! Werd da nie mehr hin gehen Biggest filthy shed. My daughter, who was six years old, had to be tested before she could come into the shop with me. We can all understand Corona regulations, but that a child of 6 years should still test himself extra? Is naughty without end. Then they put 18 year old children there who have no idea. I think it's cheeky without end !! Will never go there again

Als er sagte dass er 9 Jahre alt ist und meinte, dass er nicht geimpft sei sagte sie ihm er darf nicht rein. Danach allerdings fragte sie ihn nach dem Impfstatus seiner Eltern und als er sagte er wüsste es nicht da meinte sie nur, dass sie mal eben nachfragt ob er rein darf. Danach beschäftigte sie sich weiter mit ihrem Zeug und ignorierte meinen Sohn. Er ging dann raus. Ihr solltet eure Mitarbeiter besser auf dem Laufenden halten und auch mehr kontrollieren. Wie kommt Ihre Angestellte auf den wuatsch es dürfen nur geimpfte Kinder rein? Was geht sie das an welche Eltern geimpft sind und wie kommt sie dazu das zu erfragen obwohl wir nicht dabei sind?! Krank! Yesterday my 9 year old son wanted to come in here to buy something. A lady up front asked how old he is and whether he was vaccinated. When he said that he was 9 years old and said that he was not vaccinated, she told him he was not allowed in. After that, however, she asked him about the vaccination status of his parents and when he said he didn't know, she just said that she just asked if he was allowed in. After that, she kept doing her stuff and ignoring my son. Then he went out. You should keep your employees up to date and control more. How does your employee think that only vaccinated children are allowed in? What does it mean to which parents are vaccinated and how does she come to ask about it even though we are not there ?! Ill!
