Forced us to sign and pay for our apartment early, forgot to inform us about special permits needed before you are allowed to rent in the city. Also easily blaming renters for their shortcomings as an “established” housing management. Wouldn’t advice anyone to do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful as landlord with this company, we established a contract and paid 10% of yearly rent as commission. Once the contract got terminated they did not provide any assistance or formal closure towards an end-report and only took the tenant into protection while we had to fight for our rights. In our case the tenant did not comply to the contractual agreements. When we referred to the start inspection Rotsvast indicated that they had no knowledge of this. Essentially i got my back against the wall all the time where you would expect that this company mediates and resolves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were no were to be seen when I rented an appartment using they're agency and they haven't given me back my deposit, it's been over a month. They went back on the inspection report and made me pay for damages I didn't do. Didn't inform me of the municipality charges and are trying to make me pay double of what I am supposed to. Terrible service and blocking my number so I can't call them during and after my leave. I really don't recommend, its a scam...

Ofcourse there were a few small problems, but in the end all resolved. My house was still in good condition as well.
No complains!

Really good experience

She is fair in doing business although she is hired and paid by landlord, her client. There was a cap of 5 viewings instead of numerous, which is common in our experience. Very happy and we give her kudos!
