β β β β β Prima taxivervoer. We hadden om half 4 snachts een taxi nodig van Den Haag naar Rotterdam airport en de chauffeur was er al netjes en kwartier voor tijd. Prima service
Excellent taxi transport. We needed a taxi at 3:30 at night from The Hague to Rotterdam airport and the driver was there already and fifteen minutes before time. Great service

β β β β β In plaats van een fatsoenlijke taxidienst te voeren meent men eigen rechter te moeten spelen. Als je in de buurt van de luchthaven parkeert en je wilt het laatste stuk met de taxi doen dan is deze club de mening dat ze haar afgesproken en bevestigde diensten niet hoeft te verlenen omdat je daarmee de parkeerkosten zou willen ontduiken. Daarnaast zijn ze telefonisch niet te bereiken. Ik wil eenieder ontraden van dit onprofessionele bedrijf gebruik te maken.
Instead of performing a decent taxi service, they think they should play their own judge. If you park in the vicinity of the airport and you want to do the last part by taxi, then this club is of the opinion that it does not have to provide its agreed and confirmed services because you would thereby avoid the parking costs. In addition, they cannot be reached by telephone. I want to advise everyone not to use this unprofessional company.

what a bad taxi company, so rude not to speak to you. don't want to listen. just hang up the phone!

Taxi besteld incl kinderstoeltje om op zondagmorgen opgehaald te worden.
Zaterdagavond laat ontvang ik een mail: "we do not have carseat in the weekend." PUNT. Geen verdere info verder.
Per email noch telefonisch niet te pakken te krijgen. Komt er toch eindelijk een taxi opdagen waarvan het pinautomaatje defect is. Ik ben RTC wel, laat maar!
Bij aankomt vanochtend terug uit Barcelona, staan ze allemaal kunnen te wachten, maar geen van die "op leeftijd" mannetjes die zin hebben in een rit. Toch maar geholpen door een heel onvriendelijke taxi chauffeur die ook nog vloekend achter het stuur zat.
Nou Rotterdam AirPort Taxi misschien word het tijd dat je wat aan je onprofessionele onvriendelijk service doet.

Taxi ordered incl child seat to be picked up on Sunday morning.
On Saturday evening I receive an e-mail: "we don't have carseat on the weekend." POINT. No further info.
Cannot get by e-mail or telephone. A taxi finally arrives where the ATM is defective. I am RTC, never mind!
Arriving back from Barcelona this morning, they are all waiting, but none of those "aged" males who feel like a ride. Still helped by a very unfriendly taxi driver who was also cursing behind the wheel.
Well Rotterdam AirPort Taxi maybe it's time that you do something about your unprofessional unfriendly service.

β β β β β I booked a taxi online to take me to the airport. on Sunday 18th September 2016, and received a confirmation email. I had a business trip and a flight to catch. I waited and called after the taxi did not arrive. The controller took no interest, and did not even listen to my reference number.
I called back several times and it was obvious the controller had not checked anything. I say this with confidence as he did not know if I was at my address or at the airport!!! I used this company for several months doing a regular trip to London and back on business. In the end after several calls I had to drive to the airport myself (lucky I had a car), but this was not the plan, and then pay airport parking charges.
I warned my colleagues that this company can no longer be relied upon, I have the confirmation and the screenshot of the taxi booking. They are probably now the worst taxi company I have come across since living in the Netherlands. Previously I found the drivers to be good, but now they are just not organised and despatched with any reliability. I will use a more local company from now on. It might be a little more expensive but I need reliable airport transport for my job.

β β β β β Ordered a taxi back from ski-ing in Austria on 7/3/15 for my flight. Can't find taxi chauffeur. Ticket says to look outside and ask at taxi rank. No taxis. Called company and the sulky response is "maybe he took another passenger. Wait for another taxi." Waited 15 minutes, no new taxi. Called again. Same sulky voice says "I'm sending one, they are all busy". 45 minutes later the taxi appeared. Not happy waiting this long with a family and baggage in front of an airport.
