★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted the company via email, in desperation to get my son from Den Helder to Rotterdam so that he could catch the overnight ferry, his situation meant the train would have arrived too late.
The person who dealt with my enquiry was great, very prompt with their response baring in mind my request was last minute and quite urgent, we agreed a fare and collection point with assurances they would have him where he needed to be, and the driver delivered on their promise, for which I am very grateful.
I would highly recommend this company and appreciate they want above and beyond to get help my son home.
