★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a taxi one day in advance to get to the train station, but it didn't show up. I called their service and they said that all their taxes were busy and even though I had already booked one I would now have to pay more than double the amount of money if I wanted a ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approached a taxi car from this business at the station. Driver immediately went to put my backpack in the trunk; I told him it was a carrier (clean, intact) with a cat (quiet, also clean). When he realized I was transporting a cat he chortled and scoffed "No! Oh no.. No!" in a very condescending and derisive manner and made rude and dismissive hand gestures before walking away to go sit in his car.
Had he said "Oh sorry, I'm allergic!" it wouldn't have been an issue, but this man was very insulting and unprofessional and I could not in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.
Fortunately for me the taxi behind him was a very polite and professional taxi driver who accepted my ride; he received a 200% tip.
If you see a RTR taxi at the station, keep walking.
Edit: Other taxi driver was definitely from another company, and said he often gets complaints about RTR as well. Not really much I can add to highlight the lack of integrity from this company.
