★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slordig en arrogant aannemingsbedrijf. Na jaren lekkage en een eerdere "reparatie" blijkt uiteindelijk de spouwmuur niet voorzien van isolatie. I.p.v. dit netjes op te lossen voor de klant verschuilt men zich achter allerlei garantieregels.
Messy and arrogant contracting company. After years of leakage and an earlier "repair", the cavity wall does not end up with insulation. I.p. to solve this neatly for the customer is hiding behind all kinds of warranty rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deelgenomen aan nieuwbouw project. Er stonden nog zeker 5 aanzienlijke punten open die twee jaar na dato nog steeds niet opgelost zijn. Een van de zaken die ze zouden oplossen was terugbetaling van het egaliseren van de vloer: dit was bij oplevering onvoldoende (is ook door hen erkend): echter deze kosten zijn nog steeds niet terug betaald. Meerdere brieven, berichten en terugbel verzoeken maar we worden gewoon genegeerd of zeer onbeleefd te woord gestaan. Voor nieuwbouw zouden wij op dit moment nooit meer voor Rottinghuis kiezen.
Participated in new construction project. There were at least 5 significant issues open that have still not been resolved two years later. One of the issues they would solve was the reimbursement of the leveling of the floor: this was insufficient upon delivery (has also been recognized by them): however, these costs have still not been reimbursed. Multiple letters, messages and callback requests, but we are simply ignored or answered very rude. At this point we would never choose Rottinghuis again for new construction.
