★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke winkelnin het nieuwe winkelcentrum in Stein met een aardig assortiment bonbons. Er worden leuke cadeaupakketjes verkocht en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bonbons van Rousseau zijn bekendmaar niet exclusief te noemen.
Nice shop in the new mall in Stein with a nice assortment of chocolates. There are nice gift packages sold and the staff are friendly and helpful. The chocolates from Rousseau are not known to be exclusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijke cynische verkoper die absoluut niet wil meedenken als je net iets vraagt wat er niet meer is. Ik voelde me echt op m'n nummer gezet terwijl de klant toch eigenlijk belangrijk moet zijn voor 'n zaak. Ik kocht er vaker chocolade maar ga voortaan naar 'n andere zaak.
Very unfriendly cynical seller who absolutely does not want to think along if you just ask something that is no longer there. I really felt put on my number when the customer should actually be important to a business. I often bought chocolate there, but now I go to another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben t helemaal eens met Jacqueline Janssen. Ik was er op 5 december. Vroeg weer iets, maar kreeg weer voor de zoveelste keer een averechts antwoord. Wat een arrogante iemand. Zo jammer van zo'n mooie winkel. Mij zien ze er niet meer.
I totally agree with Jacqueline Janssen. I was there on December 5th. Asked something again, but again got a counterproductive answer for the umpteenth time. What an arrogant person. Such a shame about such a beautiful store. They don't see me there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijke zaak en niet alleen voor de chocola. Personeel is altijd vriendelijk en neemt tijd voor een praatje. Gisteren een geluks momentje toen ik onverwacht de herftsbonbons tegen kwam. Mijn weekend kon niet meer stuk. Dank jullie wel Rouseau Stein!
Delicious business and not just for the chocolate. Staff are always friendly and take time for a chat. Yesterday a moment of happiness when I unexpectedly came across the autumn chocolates. My weekend couldn't get any better. Thank you Rouseau Stein!
