★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het bleek dat de stadsverwarmingklep lekte. Deze is binnen een week nadat we daarover contact hadden gezocht met Ruggieri vervangen. Tevens een ander probleempje met de verwarmingen verholpen. Alle benodigdheden waren al aanwezig en alles kon snel tijdens de eerste afspraak worden gefixt.
 It turned out that the district heating valve was leaking. This was replaced within a week after we contacted Ruggieri. Also solved another problem with the heaters. All the supplies were already there and everything could be fixed quickly during the first appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben helemaal niet te spreken over dit bedrijf. Installeren ging goed. Maar nadat ik problemen kreeg met de airco en ik hierover meermaals contact probeerde te krijgen met dhr. Ruggiero, liet hij niets meer van zich horen. Bah!
I am not happy with this company at all. Install went well. But after I had problems with the air conditioning and I tried to contact Mr. Ruggiero, he said nothing more. Bah!

Ik maak gebruik van stadsverwarming en op dit gebied is het enorm lastig om een goede monteur te vinden. Na het raadplegen van de uitgebreide website heb Ik met contact gezocht met Ruggiero Installatie. De volgende dag heeft hij meteen het probleem gelokaliseerd, goed advies gegeven waardoor het probleem is verholpen. Daarnaast heeft hij ook een thermostaat geplaatst op de vloerverwarming. Er werd snel en zeer netjes gewerkt. Ook heb ik nog goede uitleg ontvangen over het gebruik van de thermostaat en zijn mijn vragen professioneel beantwoord. Ik raad iedereen Ruggiero Installatie aan. My problem was that my radiators didn't get hot at all and my underfloor heating didn't work optimally. I use district heating and it is very difficult to find a good mechanic in this area. After consulting the extensive website, I contacted Ruggiero Installatie. The next day he immediately located the problem, gave good advice that solved the problem. In addition, he has also placed a thermostat on the underfloor heating. Work was done quickly and very neatly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment with this man to fix my radiators. He said that he could come after two weeks to my house and fix the problem. Without even asking what is the problem, he said that he will charge me 120 euro for the first hour and after that for every extra 15 mins 20 euro!!! I asked him how is possible to talk about the cost of his services without even know what the problem is. He was arrogant and he claimed that 90% of the problems can be fixed immediately.
I did the mistake to agree to his terms. He came to my house for around 20 mins (maybe less), he told me what the problem is and he told me that he will have to bring some extra parts to replace. He charged me the 120 euro and he told me that he will contact me about the price to actually fix the problem (the 120 euro that he took was only for the visit to check the problem).
I called him after 3 days later to ask him what he will do and he said that he will make a list of the parts after 2 weeks and that will fix the problem after 4-6 weeks because he was too busy!!! I was frustrated with him, but instead of trying to find a solution to the problem, he preferred to hang up the phone!!!
This man is completely unprofessional, rude, he doesn't respect his clients and he is overbooking his schedule with clients while he knows that he can't deliver his services on time, and no matter if he fixes or not the problem, he will still charge you!!
Don't waste your time and your money to this man.
