Wel 1 puntje van kritiek, de website is anno jaar 'kruik' en mag best wat meer anno 2017. Het oog wilt ook wat en met zo'n goede voorraad van aanwezige en direct mee te nemen auto's is er altijd de juiste auto voor de juiste klant Super nice guys at Rutten cars, they know what they are talking about and always have a good deal! However, 1 point of criticism, the website is 'jug' in the year and may be a bit more in 2017. The eye also wants something and with such a good stock of available and immediately available cars, there is always the right car for the right customer

Minstens 20 keer gebeld elke keer nieuwe excuses. Moest zelf maar een 1.3 van em zoeken. Had ik er 1 gevonden maar dan regeld steef het gewoon niet voor mij ondanka zijn belofte. Ik raad aan echt NOOIT een auto hier te kopen. Mr. had promised to arrange a susuki swift 1.3 for me and meanwhile let me drive a susuki swift 1.0 with a broken clutch. Called at least 20 times each time new excuses. Had to find a 1.3 of em myself. I would have found 1 but then it just does not yield for me on his promise. I really recommend NEVER buy a car here.

De distributie riem was volgens kneus rutte net vervangen. Uiteindelijk nooit de beloofde documentatie ontvangen en rutte? Die reageert nergens meer op. Voor de zekerheid de distributie riem laten vervangen, uiteraard niet bij rutte. Auto bleek ook een schademodel te zijn. Mooie praatjes, mooie beloftes tot je betaald hebt en dan hoor je niets meer. Ik kom hier nog 1 keer en dat is om de aangekochte auto door de pui heen te naaien. Mensen, koop hier alsjeblieft niets, een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee. bought a Renault scenic. Me and my friends made a deposit on a car, that they refused to give back, which was initially promised. Instead, they then offered to give us a discount on any other car we'd fancy. We were given an insured car of theirs, to pick up a car we might've been interested in, at a dealer's 20 km away that Rutten Autos knew. After 2 minutes in the car we were given, it started to smell like burnt engine, which was an obvious fire hazard. My friend didn't dare to drive any further, fearing a potential accident. We stopped at a gas station and noticed that the car was leaking oil as well. After calling Rutten Autos to tell them that the car they gave us to drive in was broken, they told us to drive it back and they couldn't pick us up. Basically forcing us to drive in a life threatening car. We drove it back to theirs and wanted our deposit back, because we obviously didn't feel comfortable buying a car from them anymore. They blatantly refused and blamed the broken car on us. I can only advise people to stay as FAR away as possible from these scammers.
