About Taxatiepunt
Taxatiepunt is ontstaan vanuit een fusie tussen Hamer Taxatieservices (opgericht in 1999) en MarMer Taxaties (opgericht in 2003). Vanaf 1 mei 2011 zijn alle activiteiten volledig geïntegreerd in het merk Taxatiepunt. De bundeling van krachten heeft de positie versterkt binnen de markt. Wij zijn nu één van de grootste taxatiepartijen in Nederland.
Tussenpersonen kunnen bij ons terecht voor onafhankelijk opgestelde taxatierapporten van hoge kwaliteit. Het steeds complexer wordende traject van taxatieopdrachten nemen wij u volledig uit handen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos. Door slechte taxatie opgezadeld met extra kosten bij oversluiting van hypotheek. Mails worden niet beantwoord. Nooit meer via deze club. Taxatieaanvraag en Taxatiepunt zijn een en hetzelfde bedrijf. Goedkoop is duurkoop.
Worthless. Poor valuation burdened with extra costs in the event of mortgage refinancing. Mails are not answered. Never again through this club. Appraisal application and Appraisal point are one and the same company. Cheap is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxatiepunt garandeert de oplevering van het rapport binnen 5 werkdagen, behoudens bijzondere omstandigheden. Na navraag bij Taxatiepunt bleek de periode rond de zomervakantie niet onder bijzondere omstandigheden te vallen.
Echter, het rapport is veel te laat opgeleverd, waardoor wij om uitstel hebben moeten vragen. Taxatiepunt verschuilt zich achter de lokale taxateur, hierdoor wordt het een kastje muur verhaal.
Kruisjes die niet goed op de formulieren worden gezet en gedoe met verkeerde facturen. Wij hebben vele malen gebeld, en iedere keer krijg je weer een ander aan de lijn, die ook weer van niets weet. Taxatiepunt gaan wij nooit meer mee in zee, ik betaal liever iets meer voor een bedrijf dat ondersteunt.
Valuation point guarantees the delivery of the report within 5 working days, except for special circumstances. After inquiring at Taxatiepunt the period around the summer holidays did not appear to fall under special circumstances.
However, the report was delivered too late, so we had to ask for postponement. Appraisal point is hidden behind the local valuer, making it a box wall story.
Crosses that are not properly placed on the forms and hassle with wrong invoices. We have called many times, and every time you get another one on the phone, who again knows nothing. We will never again take account of taxation point, I prefer to pay a bit more for a company that supports.
