Sab’s Deli, Private Dining & Catering werd in 2020 geopend door Sabine Sluis. Opgegroeid in een gastvrij gezin met veel horeca ervaring, heeft Sab altijd al veel affiniteit gehad met de keuken en het maken van heerlijke vernieuwende gerechten. Hierbij werd zij al langere tijd graag geïnspireerd door chef Donna Hay.
Na het afronden van Hospitality Management in Amsterdam is Sab afgestudeerd aan de Hotelschool van Den Haag, waarbij ze een Bachelor ontving in Business Administration in Hotel Management. De afgelopen vier jaar heeft Sabine gewerkt als general manager in Hotel The Exchange & Cafe Stock op het Damrak te Amsterdam.
Augustus 2020 riep voor nieuwe avonturen en zo opende zij haar nieuwe Deli op het Scheldeplein in Amsterdam Zuid.
Het team, onder leiding van Sab, is altijd op zoek naar nieuwe, heerlijke, verse en betaalbare gerechten voor op de wisselende menukaart.

And I have to say that it was excellent. I tasted the diversity of spices, which amazed me totally. To be honest, this dish got me so interested in couscous, that I wanna do some experiment with it. Thank you so much ?

Even though it is just a deli we had some Moroccan type chicken with baked vegetables and it was delicious. Portion size was perfect, and everything was just comfortable and pleasant. Wine was also good. If I would stay longer in Amsterdam I would come to eat here every other day!
