★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorig jaar mei deze 'zadelpasser' laten komen. Keurde het zadel direct af toen het op mijn paard lag. Gaf aan (heb het zwart op wit) dat het paard op korte termijn klachten zou krijgen als ik door zou rijden met dit zadel.
Het paard heeft nog geen enkele klacht en inmiddels hebben twee andere zadelpassers beoordeeld dat het zadel nog goed op het paard ligt. Ik kreeg de indruk dat ze vooral snel geld wou verdienen. Heeft er duidelijk geen verstand van. Als je een deskundig en eerlijk advies wilt ga dan niet met dit bedrijf in zee.
Let this 'saddle fiter' come in May last year. Rejected the saddle immediately when it was on my horse. Indicated (have it in black and white) that the horse would get complaints in the short term if I continued riding with this saddle.
The horse has not yet had a single complaint and two other saddle passers have now assessed that the saddle is still well on the horse. I got the impression that she mainly wanted to make money quickly. Clearly has no understanding of it. If you want expert and honest advice, don't go with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer kundige zadelmaker. Er wordt verder gekeken dan alleen het zadel en neemt dat mee in het aanmeten. Er wordt altijd genoeg tijd voor genomen en zelfs met een paard waarbij het zadel lastig passend te krijgen is lukt het Stephanie om hem op maat te krijgen. Ik en de paardjes zijn al jaren super happy met de Bates zadels!
Very skilled saddler. We look further than just the saddle and take that into account in the fitting. Enough time is always taken and even with a horse where the saddle is difficult to get, Stephanie manages to get it to size. Me and the horses have been very happy with the Bates saddles for years!
