E	Eline Ermens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As claimed to be the only craftsman for luxury leather goods and luggage in Amsterdam, he thinks he has the right to be arrogant, ignorant and horribly rude. I went in with a leather Margiela bag and without looking at me, he stated to be too busy for me, but after trying to explain my problem with my bag he looked up and from a distance, he looked at the bag. "This is not a job for me. It's work of a 'bungler.' (dutch: beunhaas)" While I tried to work with him for a proper solution he made it clear he was not open to look at the bag more closely, let alone taking in my bag for repair. With a bit of a shock, I tried to swallow his rudeness and asked him for tips on how to clean and condition this type of leather. While continuing his work he said: "Not my problem. Go to your supplier for that." Ouch. I'm sure if he miraculously 'accepts' your expensive bag it will be perhaps worth to be humiliated by an old sad man.
M	Martijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with a 5 year old suitcase with broken wheels. Samsonite told me they don't have spare parts anymore. Wentholt put 4 new wheels under, which are way better than the original ones. It rolls like never before. Very happy for 40,-.

They will kick you out if you ask them to be accountable or to have better business practices. I am sure they can do what they promise but they don't care about their costumers.
