★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De ervaring die ik met Saskia als diëtiste heb is fantastisch! Wij kennen elkaar inmiddels bijna 4 jaar en zij helpt mij bij mijn voeding. Ook al ga ik naar een diëtiste, ik wil niet op dieet. Wat betekent zij voor mij? Zij leert mij over voeding, hoe om te gaan met voeding, inzicht in mijn eetpatroon en kijkt naar het gedrag achter de voeding keuzes. Hierdoor zit ik lekker in mijn vel en heb ik een stok achter de deur om bewust keuzes te blijven maken. Saskia is echt een toppertje!
The experience I have with Saskia as a dietician is fantastic! We have known each other for almost 4 years now and she helps me with my diet. Even though I go to a dietician, I don't want to go on a diet. What does it mean to me? She teaches me about nutrition, how to deal with nutrition, insight into my diet and looks at the behavior behind the nutritional choices. As a result, I feel comfortable in my own skin and I have a big stick to keep making conscious choices. Saskia is really a topper!
