Er stond een prijs van 259 euro inclusief op de site van Samsung maar van Dynafix krijg ik een hele andere prijs die hoger uitvalt dan de prijs op de Samsung website. Jammer Samsung dat jullie zo met je klanten omgaat. Een top model van Samsung kost al gauw 1000 euro en dan mag je meer verwachten. Mijn toestel (Samsung Note9) is nooit gevallen maar is in mijn zak gebarsten. Ik snap dat de kosten van een scherm reparatie voor eigen rekening zijn maar houdt jullie dan wel aan de prijzen die op SAMSUNG.NL staan en laat Dynafix mij dan geen hogere nota sturen. Dynafix geeft aan dat zij met jullie (Samsung) hebben overlegd en dat jullie hebben gezegd dat het val schade is waardoor de garantie van de accu vervalt en ook de reparatie kosten hoger uitvallen. Een grote teleurstelling dit!! I have sent my Samsung Note9 due to display damage. There was a price of 259 euros including on the site of Samsung but from Dynafix I get a completely different price that is higher than the price on the Samsung website. Too bad Samsung that you treat your customers like this. A top model from Samsung can easily cost 1000 euros and then you can expect more. My device (Samsung Note9) has never fallen but has burst into my pocket. I understand that the costs of a screen repair are for your own account, but keep you at the prices on SAMSUNG.NL and let Dynafix send me no higher bill. Dynafix indicates that they have consulted with you (Samsung) and that you have said that fall damage is causing the warranty of the battery expires and the repair costs are higher. A big disappointment this !!
