Verschriebenes Produkt nicht im Sortimemt, aber vergleichbares Produkt lt. Mitarbeiterin verfügbar. Jedoch nicht möglich es auszuhändigen, da die Technik streikt und nicht kostenlos. Rezeptgebühr von "5-10€" würde anfallen. Hat mich etwas gewundert, aber ok...muss ja stimmen. Um Anruf gebeten wenn die Technik wieder funktioniert. Nach 2,5 Tagen (da kein Anruf erfolgte) erneuter Versuch. Jetzt sollte die Bandage auf einmal 45€ kosten. Alles sehr seltsam und nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte lustlos und war nicht wirklich freundlich. Bei meinem 2. Besuch schaute sie sich ein Video auf dem Handy an. Entschuldigung, wollte nicht stören.... Dann hat sie auch noch meine schwere Tasche zum Auto getragen. Kundenservice hoch drei. Wo gibt es das noch A big thank you to the friendly employee who helped me put on my stockings so much today. Jetzt kann ich voller Überzeugung behaupten, dass Lettermann echt einen guten Job macht. Ich musste mir aufgrund der Schwangerschaft Kompressionsstrümpfe anfertigen lassen und es hätte nicht unkomplizierter und kompetenter laufen können. Super beraten, kleine Hinweise gegeben, wie ich noch Geld sparen kann und bei beiden Terminen freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient worden. Bei der Abholung wollte man sicher gehen, ob die Strümpfe sitzen und auch beim ersten "Anziehen" helfen. Ich bin super zufrieden und werde bei Bedarf definitiv wieder vorbeischauen. Due to the negative reports here on Google, I was a little worried at first. Now I can confidently say that Lettermann does a really good job. Due to the pregnancy, I had to have compression stockings made and it couldn't have been easier and more competent. Great advice, little tips given on how I can still save money and I was served in a friendly and courteous manner on both appointments. When they were picked up, they wanted to make sure that the stockings were right and also help with the first "putting on". I am super satisfied and will definitely stop by if necessary.
F	Frank Felberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine äußerst fragwürdige Einrichtung. Ein Rezept vorgelegt, mit zwei(!) identischen Kniebandagen aus hygienischen Gründen. Man sagte mir, dass ich mir von meinem Arzt zwei Rezepte à einer(!) Bandage geben lassen muss, da es sonst nicht gehen würde...waaas??? Das Personal war völlig überzeugt davon, das Richtige zu tun. So nahm ich mein Rezept, suchte einen Mitbewerber auf und erhielt ohne Probleme meine beiden Bandagen. Selbst nach Bericht des vorher Erlebten, sah man mich ungläubig an... Was haben die...? Ja sie haben. Vielen Dank für ihre Rückmeldung. Diese Umstände waren mir bekannt. Dennoch stellt sich die Frage, warum ihre Mitbewerber damit keine Probleme haben. An extremely questionable facility. A prescription was presented, with two (!) Identical knee supports for hygienic reasons. I was told that I had to have my doctor give me two prescriptions for one (!) Bandage, otherwise it wouldn't work ... whaaas ??? The staff was totally convinced that they were doing the right thing. So I took my prescription, went to a competitor and got my two bandages without any problems. Even after reporting what I had experienced before, I was looked at in disbelief ... What do they have ...? Yes, you have. Thank you for your feedback. I was aware of these circumstances. Still, the question arises why their competitors don't have any problems with it.
