★ ★ ★ ★ ★ messed up my appointment, took an hour to do just removal of acrylic because the woman left half way through to do the nails of someone who walked in without an appointment, no management and not awesome nails at the end either to even justify putting up with service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it is the application or polish. But my polish started to chip the very same day. I use gel polish and this is almost unheard of for gel polish. I went back for them to redo it and still had the same effect the next day. I have been there four times but this was last straw. Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is a nice place .Staff was friendly and they spoke with me in English knowing that my dutch wasn’t very good . I went for pedicure and it was upto my expectations. I would return here for another service.

It's a good place if you looking for quick service, the communication with the staff can be quite difficult if you don't speak Dutch and they are not very welcoming but if you go regularly you get kind of use to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my girlfriend here for the 55 euros acrylics for her birthday and she was left waiting for 45 min while the woman talked on the phone. I was disrespected in Vietnamese after the staff mistakenly cussed me out thinking I was dull and wouldn't understand. After confronting Sara, she wouldn't apologize and only kept giving excuses as to why her staff insult their customers in foreign languages. Half their nail polish was thick and inconsistent and when the lady was asked why it was like this she said it was because it had gone bad and It was my fault for not choosing a different color. The nails ended up crooked and facing different ways and makes your fingers look funky. I would give this salon 0 stars if I could. would not recommend to my worst enemy.
