N	Nesrine El Ghouch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met vol verwachtingen heen gegaan. Ik heb laten zien hoe ik de kleurwil hebben ( donkerblond ) en uiteindelijk met oranje haar ben ik de salon uitgelopen. Het licht in de salon is totaal anders dan het buitenlicht. Gone with full expectations. I showed how I want the color (dark blonde) and eventually with orange hair I walked out of the salon. The light in the salon is completely different from the outside light.

Ik had zelf mijn haar onwijs verpest doormiddel van verven en ik ging als laatste redmiddel naar deze kapper. Zelf had ik er al op gerekend dat al mijn haar eraf zou moeten maar door de inzet en moeite van deze dames ziet mijn haar er weer gezond en glanzend uit. Ze hebben zich 100% ingezet om te redden wat er te redden viel. Ik ben nog nooit maar dan ook nog nooit zo blij geweest met een kapsel als dat ik nu ben. Jullie zijn geweldig en zo onwijs vriendelijk. Heel erg bedankt en ik kom voortaan alleen nog maar hierheen. Really a great hair salon with patient and unwise friendly staff. I myself had ruined my hair through dyeing and I went to this hairdresser as a last resort. I had already expected that all my hair would have to be removed, but because of the effort and effort of these ladies my hair looks healthy and shiny again. They are 100% committed to saving what could be saved. I have never been happier with a haircut than I am now. You are wonderful and so unwise friendly. Thank you very much and from now on I will only come here.

Ik heb na afloop erg veel last van mijn hoofdhuid. - De kam werd steeds zo hard op m'n hoofd gezet alsof ze haar tuin aan het harken was. - Verder fohnde ze veel te warm. En als ik een reactie had dat het te heet was, dan duwde ze mijn hoofd terug zonder te vragen of het wel ging. - Ik gaf aan dat ik mijn krullen er weer mooi uit wilde laten komen maar daar had ze geen zin in tijdens het stylen. Het haar was volgens de desbetreffend kapster zoveel gekamd dat er geen krullen meer in zouden komen. Ik zou er zelf maar volgende keer goede producten voor moeten gebruiken... - Alles bij elkaar leek het er op dat ze er niet echt zin in had en ondanks dat ik de keer hiervoor zó tevreden wegging bij deze kapsalon, ben ik nu echt niet tevreden en kom ik een volgemde keer waarschijnlijk niet meer terug... jammer. - Wel goed geknipt, maar kom er niet van genieten door deze ervaring. Haircut today by a hairdresser who was quite heavy-handed. I have a lot of problems with my scalp afterwards. - The comb kept getting put on my head as hard as if she were raking her garden. - She also blow-dried way too hot. And if I had a reaction that it was too hot, she would push my head back without asking if it was okay. - I indicated that I wanted my curls to come out beautiful again, but she didn't feel like doing that while styling. According to the hairdresser in question, the hair was combed so much that there would no longer be curls. I should use good products for it myself next time ... - All in all it seemed that she didn't really feel like it and despite the fact that I left this hair salon so satisfied the time before, I am really not satisfied now and I probably will not come back the next time ... too bad . - Well cut, but do not enjoy this experience.
M	Marion van Leeuwen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn haar is geknipt. Niet heel goed, maar ook niet slecht. Op de website stond als prijs € 36,50 vermeld. Er werd € 38,50 afgeleverd. Op zich niet heel erg, maar de reactie was nogal bot. Geen excuses, maar de mededeling dat al sinds maart de prijzen verhoogd zijn (dus 4 maanden) en het zou doorgegeven worden. Het is nu 14 dagen later, de website is nog steeds niet aangepast. Dit was mijn eerste en tevens mijn laatste bezoek aan Salon van Diemen. My hair is cut. Not very good, but not bad either. The price stated on the website was € 36.50. € 38.50 was delivered. Not a big deal in itself, but the reaction was rather blunt. No apologies, but the announcement that the prices have been increased since March (so 4 months) and it would be passed on. It is now 14 days later, the website has still not been updated. This was my first and also my last visit to Salon van Diemen.
M	Merete Kryhlmand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I did not get what I wanted and the hair is nothing like the pictures I showed for reference. I felt judged the whole time, got weird looks and felt not welcome. What I got was an ugly helmet cut. Next time I'll do it myself.

The team is really nice and the place also. Nathalie is so kind and professional ! She did a perfect job with my hair and gave me really good advices!
