Statt Neuware habe ich vermutlich nicht mal ein neues Gerät erhalten das generalüberholt war und nicht im Neuzustand war. Often cannot remember phone calls. M	MICARTS TV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss es leider los werden, war bei Ihnen mehrmals, jedes mal muss ich erstmal warten bis jemand kommt, auch wenn keiner vor mir war, gerufen und gewartet und dann unfreundlich behandelt ohne dass ich unfreundlich wurde und ruhig blieb, habe mich vorher bei unserem Technikmann beraten was ich benötige und er weiß sicher was ich brauche, weil er vorher schon bei meinem alten Haus mir eine richtige Liste erstellt hat was wir brauchen und es war alles in Ordnung. Dann habe ich mich für Satking entschieden das erste mal wo ich dann bei Ihnen war gab es einen Mitarbeiter deren Namen ich hier nicht nenne, mir Widersprochen hat und meinte nein das wäre Falsch was mein Techniker mir vorgeschlagen hat und ich vertraute ihm kaufte das was ich brauche, jetzt kommt das mich am meisten geärgert hat ihr Mitarbeiter hat mich Falsch beraten und die Teile die ich nicht brauche über 200 € passen nicht und ich nichts zurück geben konnte, woanders alles besorgen musste wie mein Techniker mich beraten hat der es einbaut und woanders alles richtig war.... ich bin sehr verärgert und enttäuscht..... ihr hättet aus Kulanz etwas zurück nehmen können.... Unfortunately I have to get rid of it, I've been to you several times, each time I have to wait until someone comes, even if nobody was in front of me, called and waited and then treated unfriendly without becoming unfriendly and staying calm, I called ours beforehand Technician advise what I need and he knows for sure what I need because he made a real list of what we need at my old house and everything was fine. Then I decided on Satking, the first time I was with you there was an employee whose name I will not mention here, contradicted me and said no that would be wrong what my technician suggested to me and I trusted him and bought what I bought need, now comes what annoyed me the most your employee gave me wrong advice and the parts that I don't need for more than 200 € don't fit and I couldn't give anything back, had to get everything somewhere else as my technician advised me who installs it and somewhere else everything was right.... I am very upset and disappointed... you could have taken something back as a gesture of goodwill....
C	Chiara Helfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem das erste Tablet, das mir geschickt wurde, schon bei Lieferung einen technischen Defekt hatte, wurde es mir zwei Monate nach Bestellung noch durch ein Neues ersetzt. Dankeschön für die schnelle und entspannte Abwicklung:)! Lediglich das Ladekabel hat einen US-Stecker, sodass ein entsprechender Adapter dazu gekauft werden musste. Dafür ist der Preis super:)! After the first tablet that was sent to me had a technical defect upon delivery, it was replaced with a new one two months after ordering. Thank you for the quick and relaxed transaction :)! Only the charging cable has a US plug, so a corresponding adapter had to be purchased. The price is great for that :)!

Described as manufacturer refurbished which it clearly wasn't because if it was it would have worked. I contacted Google and sent them there reply telling me that it was faulty after trying every step Google provided me to get it working. Returned item on 3rd Dec a Month later still waiting for a refund. The return post (label they have sent me) has been lost since 14th December with no update on tracking and they keep fobbing me off and won't give me a refund, keep saying wait another week. The item they sent me is only fit for the bin and still won't give me a refund until they receive it even though it is clearly lost in transit. Shocking service they should just refund me. I will have to contact my bank and register a fraudulent seller/payment claim if I don't get a refund within The next week. Because that's what Satking are. AVOID
