Due to bug store, lot of staff is present...So it depends if Your experience is good or bad but I found it nice to communicate and get my queries resolved. The best option is to search item and decide which one to take and also alternative is Saturn online shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing, I looked online and the product was shown to be in store, drove 30min there and after waiting another 30 mins for the cashier to figure the price out, I was told that the product was a demo version and not for sale... Now I remember why I don't bother to go to the store anymore
