★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is a heaven for anyone who is interested in electronics. They have each floor (at least a half) dedicated for each category, from home appliances, TVs, computers to speakers. The prices are not cheap, but you will find some good deals if you visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this shop explained me that, by German law, when a product displays a price tag the vendor is not obligated to sell it for that price, he can charge whatever he wants. At this shop most of items is offered for a different price than the one that will be charged and they simply don't care because they can do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all Saturn's stores from Duisburg, Essen and others, I would like to THANK AND COMMEND the staff of Saturn's branch and store in Königsallee 56, 40212 Düsseldorf.The employees are so helpful and kind and answer all questions and nothing is hard for them. I tried to buy something in Saturn and I couldn't possibly have been so unkind in the other branches and after a long wait when it's your turn they tell her so you know I couldn't do that. And then I came to Saturn in Duseldorf and that's where people listened to me and helped me buy what I wanted. Special thanks for the kindness of the staff of Godpodin Bouskri and Mr. Mersinlioglu, Thank you for your kindness, exhaustive answers and your dedicated work. All praise also to the other employees of the Saturn store and just keep going, we will gladly see each other again in the new purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturn store is spread over multiple floors, pretty big however stuff is not organised very well. It is challenging to find needed stuff. It makes it more difficult for English speaking customer as staff is not versed with English language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is huge and is spread on multiple floors. You can find almost all electronic items here. However, staff does not speak lot of english. Also, placement of items and labelling can be improved - we did struggle with finding the right details for some products. There is also a decent food court in the same mall - which is a bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the biggest Saturn outlets I have ever visited. The place is huge. It has lot of products with great prices as well. The staff are quiet helpful in answering the questions. But when I visited recently, the topmost floor was closed and was not allowed to enter. It was not that crowded on a Saturday morning. I have visited this place multiple times.
