Friendly and helpful staff, great variety and choice of books, books in various languages, comfy chill areas, a nice Café - what else could one wish? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of English fiction and non-fiction books. The Spanish and French section could be bigger. Another thing I like is that you can order almost any book and they will have it in a few days. And the prices are fair as well, I even bought some books that were cheaper than on Amazon (I always feel guilty when buying books from Amazon as I don’t quite like their business model). There’s also a café with comfortable seats on the 3rd floor (closes at 7 PM instead of 8 to order from what I saw last time but you can stay there until the bookshop closes). The croissants are quite tasty as well and I think there’s wifi, but I prefer to stay there reading and disconnected for a while. What I like the most is that it never gets too loud.

The international section is a little sparse on English books but the general selection catering to the populace at large is comprehensive.
Should you require notebooks the sections are also generally well stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection, just a big bummer how they handled their payment system last weekend. Store-strolling for an hour to find a small sign at the till saying cards couldn't be accepted due to technical issues. So many frustrated customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big book store with many books and a section for English books. But this store has more than just books. It's a great place for gifts, toys and stationery too. This store has an lunchroom/ cafe section on each floor. And... there's a kid's cafe with a small playground and stage section. A staff member was reading books to kid's (in German ofcourse). So, it's a great place to stop. I definitely recommend visiting it.
