Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett und erklären auch gerne alles rund um den Hof. Durften auch mit anpacken - da lernt man noch einige Facetten von Demeter kennen, die man so sicher nicht erwartet hätte ? Very great Demeter farm with a very small and great farm shop. Denn hier wird auch ein Teil der Produkte von Biopartnerhöfen vertrieben und der Schwerpunkt liegt hier auf Kartoffeln, Fleisch (Rind, Schwein), Ranen und Milch. Das Hoflädchen ist ein wenig versteckt, aber liebe Menschen weisen einem dort den Weg ? Möchte man sich Milch mitnehmen, sollte man mit eigens mitgebrachten Flaschen vorsorgen - ansonsten zahlt man einfach den Pfand für gespülte Flaschen, die man dort bekommen kann. Wir sind hier Stammkunden, die Milch ist super und "trotz" Rohmilch haben wir (inkl. Kleinkind) noch nie Probleme beim direkten Genuss gehabt!!! Toller, emsig bewirtschafteter Hof! Organic products, Demeter meat and a.o. also cheese, eggs and spices. The selection is kept small, on purpose I think. Because here some of the products are also sold by organic partner farms and the focus here is on potatoes, meat (beef, pork), rans and milk. The farm shop is a little hidden, but dear people show you the way there chte If you want to take milk with you, you should provide with your own bottles - otherwise you just pay the deposit for the rinsed bottles that you can get there. We are regular customers here, the milk is great and "despite" raw milk, we (including toddlers) have never had problems with direct consumption !!! Great, busy farm!
