★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5€ für das richten einer Brille ( Zeitaufwand 1Min ), nur weil sie nicht von dort ist, ist schon sehr happig und definitiv nicht kundenorientiert. Nicht empfehlenswert! Bei Fielmann sind Sie besser bedient :) .
5 € for straightening glasses (time required 1 minute), just because they are not from there, is very expensive and definitely not customer-oriented. Not recommended! You are better served at Fielmann :).

Unfortunately not good service. In the middle of the consultation we were simply left standing and another customer was served.
