Er wordt niet meegedacht over een mogelijke oplossing en gebruiken het feit dat het een werk/leer bedrijf is als argument voor slecht werk. Very disappointing company. If they do something wrong, they place the blame on the customer. They don't think about a possible solution and use the fact that it is a work / learning company as an argument for bad work.

Communicatie van kantoor naar het personeel kan stukken beter. Vandaar maar 3 sterren in plaats van 5. I enjoyed working here for almost 6 years. Nice colleagues and a good working atmosphere. A good company where you can learn a lot. Communication from the office to the staff can be much better. Hence only 3 stars instead of 5.

Leuke collega s De communicatie kan wel beter vadaar de 3 sterren A nice company where I worked on 3 objects. They teach you a lot. Nice colleagues Communication could be better thanks to the 3 stars
M	Martin Roo de on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag waren er 2 man bezig met het uitruimen van een senioren woning in Maassluis in de Zonneburcht op de 2e etage. Toen ik met mijn slechte ter been zijnde en dementerende moeder op de lift aan het wachten was, vroeg ik me af waar die lift bleef. Uiteindelijk heb ik voorzichtig de trap genomen naar beneden. Daar aangekomen trof ik een medewerker van dit bedrijf, die steeds kleine beetjes vuil uit de lift naar de auto bracht. Zo duurt het wel even voordat de lift weer vrij is..... Snappen die mannen dan niet dat de bewoners van dit pand allemaal oud en slecht ter been zijn en dus afhankelijk van die ene lift. De lift uitruimen, zodat de lift snel weer vrij is voor de bewoners en dan per portie het afval vanuit de hal naar de auto brengen, dat begreep deze persoon niet. Als ik zo'n haast had, dan moest ik maar even mee helpen, zo werd mij gezegd. Today 2 men were busy clearing out a senior citizen's house in Maassluis in the Zonneburcht on the 2nd floor. While I was waiting for the lift with my poorly mobile and demented mother, I wondered where that lift was. In the end I carefully took the stairs down. Once there, I met an employee of this company, who was always bringing small amounts of dirt from the elevator to the car. So it takes a while before the lift is free again ..... Do these men not understand that the residents of this building are all old and have difficulty walking and therefore depend on that one lift. This person did not understand that clearing out the lift so that the lift is quickly free again for the residents and then taking the waste per portion from the hall to the car. If I was in such a hurry, then I just had to help, or so I was told.

A	Acount Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een walgelijke medewerkers en vooral de leiding gevende zeer onbeleefd en ongeorganiseerd er wordt met 2 maten gemeten alleen donkere personen zijn welkom bent u blanc blijf vooral thuis want je bent niet welkom en je zult nooit een kans krijgen ik raad je zeer aan ga nooit in zee met deze walgelijke bedrijf anders word er zwaar misbruik van je gemaakt What a disgusting staff and especially the manager very rude and disorganized there is a double standard only dark people are welcome you are white stay home because you are not welcome and you will never get a chance I highly recommend you never go in sea with this disgusting company otherwise you will be heavily abused
B	Baba Mechico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hier ook gewerkt bij SDW reintegratie ik ben na 6 manden proefperiode per direct weg gegaan ik vind het een zeer onbetrouwbare b.v er werd mijn beloofdt dat ik na 1 maand mijn contract zou krijgen en na 6 manden nog steeds geen contract ik voelde me belazerd terwijl ik zo goed werk leverde als men zou weten hoe slecht deze plek is zou men dit bedrijf per direct moeten sluiten echt waar ik meen dit echt het zijn echte zakken vullers schandaalig dat de gemeente rotterdam met zo n bedrijf werkt gemeente je maakt meer kapot dan men lief is mensen zorden hier mentaal ziek echt ziek I also worked here at SDW reintegration I left immediately after 6 months of trial period I think it is very unreliable eg I was promised that I would receive my contract after 1 month and after 6 months still no contract I felt cheated while I did such a good job if people would know how bad this place is they should close this company immediately really I mean this really they are real bag fillers it is outrageous that the municipality of rotterdam works with such a company municipality you destroy more than people are kind people are sick here mentally sick really sick
