β β β β β I'm not a specialized person about seats and sofas. When I went to the store this morning the welcome was good. After inspecting the sofas I wanted to get a price, but the way of staff (Nick) was weird and unpolite. The price they gave with the prices on list were incompatible and were not fair. And, he didn't give me price for the last sofa I was interested in; he told me that after taking sizes and going back to store they would give the price. It was again a weird and unpolite situation that I had to leave the store.

β β β β β I bought Cosmo Loungebank showmodel ,we set a date of delivery. At delivery date they delivered not a full sofa. They could not solve a problem in short time,even ask me to pick up by myself then I already paid for delivery service. Then we make next delivery date (3days after first delivery) ,the day before delivery they call and change the time,which was not good for me. So the delivery did not happen. Next week I have to call a few times and ask there is my missing sofa part and then they gonna make a delivery. So in total the showroom model was delivered in like 2 weeks. SHOWMODEL. Client service is good then you are at the shop,but then you pay them,they forget about you.

β β β β β First time to check to store to replace the our old living room set. We found really what we are looking for after long conversation with dealer and store manager. We get the good deal and finalized the order (Casanova Collection)
Planned delivery time will be little bit longer than expected (14-16 weeks) but I hope that they can manage deliver in time.
We are really looking forward to see our new couches

β β β β β I bought 2 sofa from here.After around 3 months finally they gave my order.After only one week one them start to make very bad sound.I thought maybe it is new it will be solve after 2 months both of them make very bad voice when seat or stand or alittle move on it.
I ask from them to raiper it.They told you must rent car again and take them here and after that after reipar them again rent car to pick them up.Now if you want them,I can sale you only half price or less.
I bought it 1050β¬.
