kast door monteur met een scheve deur achtergelaten terwijl op de site staat dat hun alles netjes en waterpas achterlaten.
volgens niet erg slimme monteur gaat de deur vanzelf rechthangen als we de kast inruimen. nu afwachten hoe dit word opgelost want de monteur heeft vakantie... super slechte service
coffee tables in a different shade, but according to them that was due to the wood.
cupboard left by mechanic with a crooked door while the site states that they leave everything neat and level.
according to a not very smart mechanic, the door will hang straight by itself when we clear out the cupboard. now waiting to see how this will be solved because the mechanic is on holiday... super bad service

Jammer dat als je een werkbroek en werkkleding draagt je niet wordt aangekeken door het personeel.
Beautiful shop, lots of choice in design and style. Good prices.
It is a pity that if you wear work trousers and work clothes you will not be looked at by the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr stylischer Laden, die Bestellung lief damalig super ab.
Aber das war es dann leider auch schon.
Die Lieferung der Möbel war eine Katastrophe. Alle vier Rollsessel waren beschädigt. Nach unzähligen Mails und Anrufen sollten dann nach vielen Monaten endlich die Sessel getauscht werden.
Die Mitarbeiter kamen jedoch nur mit zwei Sesseln. Der Austausch von den beiden anderen Sesseln steht bis heute aus. Beantwortet wurden uns unsere Mails bis heute nicht.
Nun sind wir aus der Garantie heraus und die schlechte Qualität setzt sich durch.
Bei allen Sesseln löst sich das Leder auf. Knibbeler zeigt hier kein Verständnis.
Very stylish shop, the order went really well back then.
But that was about it.
The delivery of the furniture was a disaster. All four wheelchairs were damaged. After countless emails and calls, after many months the armchairs should finally be swapped.
However, the staff only came with two armchairs. The exchange of the other two armchairs is still pending. Our emails have not yet been answered.
Now we are out of the guarantee and the poor quality prevails.
The leather dissolves in all armchairs. Knibbeler shows no understanding here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unfriendly shop that i ever been in! The ShopManager was yelling on me, i dont know why, i think he saw me stepping next to a other customer under 1,5m. He immediatly starts yelling on me! He was dressed like he felt out of his bed into the shop. No advice for any mistake. He was just like „I‘m the boss“! Would never go there again!
