Mevrouw Sellmeijer bleek betrokken, behulpzaam, geduldig, professioneel en strijdlustig om de bizarre wending die de onderhandelingen kregen de goede kant op te sturen. Door standvastig te blijven zijn de onderhandelingen uiteindelijk goed afgerond, maar zonder de hulp van mevrouw Sellmeijer zou ik gezwicht zijn voor de druk die mijn voormalig werkgever op me uitoefende. Ze heeft me niet alleen geholpen met haar kennis en kunde maar ook veel geleerd over professionaliteit, standvastigheid en communicatie. In de arbeidsovereenkomst stond dat de kosten voor het bedrijf zijn. het bedrijf verwees naar een aanvullende arbeidsovereenkomst. Mevrouw Sellmeijer heeft vanaf de begin tot het einde de communicatie overgenomen van mij naar het bedrijf. uiteindelijk hoef ik de opleiding kosten niet te betalen en de kosten van Mevrouw Sellmeijer wordt ook vergoed door oude werkgever. Als ik in de toekomst nog eens een juridisch probleem heb (Ik hoop het niet) zal ik zeker Sellmeijer Advocatuur weer inschakelen. When resigning from my old employer came after resignation a considerable training costs. The employment contract stated that the costs are for the company. the company referred to an additional employment contract. Mrs. Sellmeijer took over communication from me to the company from start to finish. in the end I do not have to pay the training costs and the costs of Mrs. Sellmeijer are also reimbursed by the old employer. If I ever have a legal problem in the future (I hope not) I will definitely use Sellmeijer Advocatuur again.
