I can not understand all the bad reviews. I am very satisfied and also never got problems with me because of wrong prices or exchange.

Die Angestellten blicken manchmal etwas mürrisch drein nach dem Motto "frag mich bloß nicht, wo Du was finden kannst...". Aber insgesamt vergebe ich hier gerne vier Sterne. I really like the store. A huge offer and also international food. The freshness of the products I also find remarkably good. Employees sometimes look a bit grumpy, "just do not ask me where to find something ...". But overall, I like to give four stars here.

Und damit meine ich nicht so etwas wie aus Versehen 2 mal eingescannt, sondern falsche (und seltsamerweise immer zu Hohe) Preise im System. Die Mitarbeiter reagieren von freundlich-hilflos bis angenervt (aber nicht vom Kunden angenervt, sondern offensichtlich von der Häufigkeit der Beschwerden). 2 Beispiele der letzten 14 Tage: Am Freitag Trauben gekauft, am Regal 4,99€ - im System (seit Montag?) 5,99€. Oder am Samstag Mittag einen Angebotsartikel gekauft der aber mit Normalpreis im System war. Auskunft der Kassiererin: "Oh, da hat die Chefin wohl schon die Angebotspreise wieder rausgenommen für nächste Woche."
