Durch einen kleinen Tip des Fachpersonals vor Ort, konnte ich das Problem schnell beheben. Falls meine Waschmaschine doch Mal nachhaltig kaputt geht, seid ihr mein erster Ansprechpartner. Was tun, wenn’s schnell gehen muss. Bei „Fentross“ angerufen und eine schöne, generalüberholte Bosch Waschmaschine gekauft. Keine 2 Stunden später war die kaputte Miele abgeholt und die Bosch Waschmaschine aufgestellt. 2 sehr nette Herren haben das fachkundig und toll hinbekommen! Super Service ? Herzlichen Dank! My daughter and I were only in Düsseldorf for a few days. Now, of all times, our very old Miele washing machine broke. What to do when things have to be done quickly. Called "Fentross" and bought a nice, completely overhauled Bosch washing machine. Less than 2 hours later, the broken Miele was picked up and the Bosch washing machine set up. 2 very nice gentlemen did it expertly and great! Great service ? Thank you very much!

Nach einer guten Beratung haben wir uns für eine Miele Waschmaschine entschieden. Diese wurde dann ca. 30 Minuten später geliefert und angeschlossen. Wahnsinn wie schnell das ging. Die Waschmaschine läuft sehr leise und wir sind begeistert von dem Produkt und was uns noch wichtiger ist vom ausgezeichneten Service. Es ist beruhigend zu wissen, dass man Elektrogeräte nicht immer gleich wegwerfen muss. Man kann einiges auch reparieren und dafür ist es natürlich wichtig, dass nicht alles aus Plastik besteht. Für uns ist es besser ein hochwertiges Produkt gebraucht zu kaufen als ein neues, minderwertiges Elektrogerät, dass bei jeder Kleinigkeit gleich auf dem Müll landet. Wir wünschen dem gesamten Team ein besinnliches Weihnachtsfest und macht weiter so. The washing machine runs very quietly and we are enthusiastic about the product and, what is even more important to us, about the excellent service. It's reassuring to know that you don't always have to throw away electrical appliances right away. You can also repair a few things and for this it is of course important that not everything is made of plastic. For us, it is better to buy a high-quality product used than a new, inferior electrical device that ends up in the trash for every little thing.
